We care about our communities, our society, and how software impacts them. Not as users. As people.
What prompted this?
We didn’t wait to be asked.
Software is becoming fast food. Built in days. Deployed to millions. Forgotten in months.
Bloated, extractive, and designed to keep you dependent.
Our behaviour funds their models. Our silence wrote the policies that made it legal.
We think that’s wrong.
What do we believe?
That the way you build something matters.
That the people using it matter more than the metrics.
That a system which respects you is not a luxury — it’s the baseline.
That engineering your behaviour without your knowledge is not a feature — it’s a violation.
